Worcester Executives Association

WEA meets almost every Monday for lunch and networking at the Coral Seafood restaurant on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester.

The meetings begin at 12:00 noon and end at 1:30 p.m. The meeting room is usually available beginning at 11:30 for pre-meeting meetings among members.

Attendance by non-members is by invitation only.

The Association is nonpolitical, nonpartisan, nonsectarian, and noncompetitive among its membership by virtue of its charter and the by-laws.

Board meetings usually follow the regular weekly meetings as needed or in accordance with the schedule below.

At each meeting, 2 "greeters" and a new member will be assigned to be that meeting's greeting committee.

Infomercials: Each greeter will have an opportunity to present a 2-minute infomercial. Greeters will be assigned in alphabetical order by company name. We will cycle through the alphabet so that, at the current membership level, each member will have the opportunity to be a greeter and infomercial presenter approximately every few months. If you miss your slot, it's gone until the next time the name comes to the top of the list, and the new member gets an opportunity to present their infomercial.

Greeters: Please plan to arrive by 11:45 on the day you are scheduled to be the greeter. The hotel generally brings the case with the name tags out of their storage room, so you won't have to look for it. There are blank badges in the case for visitors. Put the lead sheets out on the table by the door. (Lead sheets are usually in an envelope in the case.)
